Come and join us on Friday 30th June 2017 for a fun weekend taking part in the action of the Round the Island Race, which is organised by the Island Sailing Club and is a one-day, 60 mile race around the Isle of Wight. Over 1700 yachts line up each year to take part and the start line is a spectacular site you will never forget!

We meet on Thursday evening or Friday morning for a days training, then up early Saturday morning to make the start line. At the end of the day we will berth on the Isle of Wight and you can take dinner a shore and join in the post race festivities before having a leisurely sail back Sunday morning to Shamrock Quay. This race is a must for any sailor and we provide a good balance between racing, fun and social.

Guests must be at least 18 to come on this day and there is no upper age limit, but average physical ability is required. Life jackets are included.
An exciting weekend for beginners or an experienced sailor wanting someone else to take the strain! No experience necessary as full training will be given.
