TRAINING - Our larger yachts are well suited to days out for staff and management training. Programmes and itineraries are arranged to provide learning, testing, exhilarating and profitable experiences. An excellent environment to get your 'message' across in memorable surroundings.

TEAM BUILDING - Cowes Week, as well as other high profile sailing regattas, provide ideal backdrops and challenges for 'team building' exercises. Success in such events between competing crews aboard two or more of our yachts, demands both good team work and good organisation.

LEADERSHIP - Sailing a yacht is an excellent platform for the development of innovation and leadership skills. Natural talent will quickly emerge as the team's desire to do well is reinforced by the means to do so coming to the fore - leadership, organisation and innovative tactics.

FIRSTAWAY - Provide the yachts and if required: skippers, crew, the training programme, instructors and catering.
